How Ayurveda in Mesoamerica was born

My name is Iris, and for many years, I suffered from chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, a chronic disease that is said to be incurable. Upon discovering Ayurveda, I changed my lifestyle and underwent the detoxification process called Pancha Karma. I managed to heal from this disease and felt immensely grateful to Ayurveda and its captivating knowledge.

I dedicated myself to studying and guiding others using the principles of this ancient medicine from India. I began to see similarities between the knowledge of the ancestors of ancient Mexico and Ayurveda. I also began translating Ayurveda so that Mexicans and Latinos could understand how to eat foods from their cultures according to Ayurveda. This is how "Ayurveda en Mesoamérica" (Ayurveda in Mesoamerica) was born.
